We have thought about the UI of DocuView and have decided to move the relevant document actions into the same window that displays the document. Based on your access privileges in the system you will be presented with actions such as:
- suggest a change
- display reports
- view previous version(s) (+reactivate, delete…)
- distribution lists (upload, update, delete, reactivate)
- download master document
- email an attachment (master file or PDF (or both))
- check out/check in
- upload a newer version (upissue)
- change properties
