What is DocuView?
DocuView is a revolutionary Web 2.0 online document management system (DMS). We focus on storing, archiving, retrieving, displaying and translating master documents into PDFs. Our niche lies in creating portable, non-editable yet accessible documents on request using our unique “PDF-on-the-fly” mechanism. DocuView is over two years mature now, we began developing in April 2007. DocuView has grown significantly since its first release in June 2007 in terms of functionality and usability and is currently in its fourth generation of development; DocuView is day-by-day based more on experience and the support of our clients. We enjoy listening to what users of our document management system suggest and request and strive to improve DocuView on regular basis. We have setup a feedback facility and we have a Twitter account as well to interact with our clients, track all their suggestions and requests and let us continue producing the most advanced browser-based document management system.
DocuView Features
DocuView simplifies control and access to company documents by offering clear, transparent structure, hierarchy and security control. All documents are managed and stored centrally, backed-up† regularly and can be accessed by any computer (with a browser installed) on the network. DocuView increases effectiveness of document distribution by handling all documents electronically, alerting users via email and displaying relevant information and data at all times. Our DMS also offers very intuitive and incredibly easy to work with environment, one you will find easy to pick up and navigate through, one that makes sense!
